This is a kids show - A KIDS SHOW! This is from the Japanese tv show Seireishojotai - which translates as “Elemental Girls". It's about 5 highschool girls who are actually sexy Eco-super heroes that fight polluters and other environmental villains in I'm guessing, the tiniest outfits known to man.
